Yarr, sleeping be good

I think my new sleeping policy is to get to bed by 10 o’clock when I can. I guess my body needs a fairly “standard” amount of sleep every night - so far I think around 8 and a half hours. If I go to bed at 10pm I seem to wake up at 6:30am. If I go to bed at midnight, my body wants to wake up at 8:30am :(
