Streamers

Well, I had a fantastic time at Greenbelt this weekend. I even managed to get some photos on the website (see here). My photos are available on flickr.

Greenbelt 2005 Wristband

That’s it – I’m officially allowed to be excited now! Only FIVE days left before Greenbelt. It has loomed into the foreground much quicker than I expected, I’ve been caught quite off-guard.

Part Expert Kisser

You’re a kissing pro, but it’s all about quality and not quantity
You’ve perfected your kissing technique and can knock anyone’s socks off
And you’re adaptable, giving each partner what they crave
When it comes down to it, your kisses are truly unforgettable

Part Romantic Kisser

For you, kissing is all about feeling the romance
You love to kiss under the stars or by the sea
The perfect kiss involves the perfect mood
It’s pretty common for kisses to sweep you off your feet

What Kind of Kisser Are You?

Sarah’s Surprise Party

without comments

Smiles as Sarah realises :)

Well, I had a fab weekend in London organising mischief for Sarah’s Suprise Party – all the photos are available online.

A few thank you’s. To Annie and Emma for keeping Sarah occupied during the day on Saturday, you had by far the most difficult job (Note to anyone organising surpise parties: Emma Bowers is the worst liar EVER). To Laura Q for making the wonderful banner. To Andy M for tidying up the most. To Tom for his fanstastic Brain Cake. To everyone who came and had a fantastic time. Thanks.

Doctors and Drugs

Telephone in doctor’s reception rings

Me: Hello, I’d like to make an appointment for tomorrow morning if that is possible
Receptionist: I’m sorry, you’ll have to ring back at 8am tomorrow, we can only make appointments on the day
Me: <sigh>

So I tootle off to the chemist to get some pain-killers. I explain to them that my back is hurting, and has been getting worse over the past 8 months. They give me some 200mg ibuprofen tablets. I was sceptical, but they’ve worked wonders. Half an hour ago I was having problems standing up/walking/sitting/lying down. Now it’s all fine!

Aren’t drugs marvellous?

My back is screwed

with 4 comments

Ok, my back is more painful than ever. For those of you who have seen me recently, you’ll be quite aware of this as I’ve whinged about it incessently. However, post Munkyfest it’s totally knackered. I’m in pain just sitting down and I end up limping whilst walking, even though there’s nothing wrong with my legs.

My current plan is to go and get told off by the doctor on Friday morning if I can get an appointment then, as I’m off work that day anyway.

Boo sucks.
